PIMEX is an Asia’s premier annual boating and luxury lifestyle event. The 2012 show was a great success with over 90 companies represented and 50 plus state-of-art yachts on the water display. Products on display ranged from boats to marine equipment and accessories, charter, diving and sailing holidays, and a wide range of luxury properties, super cars and investment opportunities together with other iconic branded goods.
Dates changed to late March encouraged the show quality – larger and higher quality of yachts, more top-class brands/exhibitors and grater quality of visitors throughout the 4-days show, which resulted in sales, useful contacts and many hot leads to convert post-show. Phuket remains at the heart of regional growth as more and more Russians, Europeans and SE Asians take up holiday villas in Phuket and seek a yacht to fully enjoy the island’s natural beauty.
